By booking to attend a SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM event you accept to abide by all of the Terms and Conditions set out below and receive monthly updates of events unless you specify otherwise. SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM is not a dating agency and we do not verify the personal information of those attending each event. We aim to provide a venue to meet other single people but it is up to each individual to assess the suitability of a potential partner. However, we do protect client's privacy by issuing a code on SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM Event Nights in lieu of client full names. We do not guarantee that you will be successful in finding a partner.
SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM aims to offer 20 dates per event but this number cannot be guaranteed. Should participants not turn up without notice the number of dates may decrease. By booking a SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM event you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age and single.
SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM Ireland reserve the right to take photographs at SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM events and use in media publications as SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM Ireland deem appropriate. SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM events are held at venues unassociated with the Company. Therefore in the event of an injury or damage of any kind whilst participating in a SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM event, we are not liable with respect thereof.
SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM offer all customers a 24 hour booking cancellation period. Any cancellations must occur at least 48 hours before the event. SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM have the right to cancel/change the venue and or date of any event with 5 days prior notice. We will only provide a full refund to each participant if the event is cancelled.
Once a customer clicks "purchase now" in the Get Tickets link they are authorising SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM to debit their credit card for outstanding amounts at anytime following 48 hours of the booking. If customers purchase tickets for SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM online and cannot attend the event SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM are not obliged to refund any monies however may do so at their discretion. SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM have the right to refuse access, without notice, to any persons, at any events should they be in breach of this agreement.
SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM Ireland may from time send written or verbal communications via telephone, post, sms and email. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions permits SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM to communicate via any of these communication methods only to contact details you have provided. These communications will never be from any third parties without prior consent or your opting-in and will never incur premium costs. You can unsubscribe from any communications by logging in to the website with your user name and password and checking the relevant boxes in MY DETAILS. Alternatively you can unsubscribe by post or email using the details within CONTACT US.
SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM Ireland reserves the right to invite media to attend events.
By registering with SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM Ireland you agree that neither SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM Ireland nor its associates is liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from partaking in SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM Ireland services. This includes any damages, without limitation, arising out of communicating with other participants registered with SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM Ireland. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.
You also understand and acknowledge that SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM events are held at venues of which neither SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM or, its affiliates or area agents have any control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages in any regard at a SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM event, you agree to release SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM, its affiliates or area agents from any liability with respect thereto, unless such damages result directly from the actions of any employee or area agents of SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM.
SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM, along with certain permitted third parties including, without limitation, representatives of the television, radio, print and online media, may photograph and/or make audio/video recordings of any of the SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM events. By attending and participating in any SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM event, each participant agrees to permit the taking of any such photographs and to be recorded in both audio and video media.
Each participant at a SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM event also irrevocably authorizes SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM, its agents, representatives, successors and assigns to use in perpetuity, throughout the world, in any manner whatsoever, all or any portion of photographs and audio/video recordings in which such participant appears, and any comments, statements or testimonials made by such participant, while attending a SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM event. Such photographs may be used by SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM, its agents, representatives, successors and/or assigns for any legal purpose including, without limitation, marketing and advertising of SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM events or products, or for editorial purposes.
No person shall be entitled to any compensation in connection with the use and exploitation of any photographs or audio/video recordings.
Each participant at a SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM event irrevocably releases SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM, its principals, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, suits, liabilities, or damages which such person may have in connection with his or her attendance and/or participation in any SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM event and the exploitation of photographs and/or audio/video recordings in any manner or format.
SPEEDDATINGDUBLIN.COM do not assume any responsibility, and shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of or browsing of this web site or your down loading of any materials, data, text, images, video or audio from this site.
